What is the language of my menu? You fill your menu in your own language. You can therefore use À La Carte in any country and with the language of your choice.

The prices are exclusive of tax. What do I have to pay in addition? The company that operates À La Carte is located in Belgium, Europe. The rules concerning VAT therefore apply. We use a service provided by Stripe to calculate and collect appropriate sales tax. In short:

• You are a professional customer located in Europe (other than Belgium), you will need to provide a valid VAT number, and VAT will be mentioned in reverse charge (it will therefore NOT be added).
• You are a professional customer located in Belgium, VAT will be added to your invoice.
• You are a customer located outside of Europe, no VAT will be added.

What are the means of payment available? To allow you to pay easily and securely your subscription, we use the services of Stripe that supports all the usual means of payment.

Can I pay in $, in £ in…? with a currency other than EUR €? Yes. We use the services of Stripe to receive the money. Stripe allows you to pay in other currencies and automatically takes care of the conversion.

Can my customers pay online? No. Your customers can easily view the menu and make their choice, but À La Carte doesn’t manage the order or the payment. These are your customers and your sales. You organize yourself as you wish, À La Carte doesn’t take any commission.
